I always say that my life was changed when I realized just how valuable I am.
Child sexual abuse was part of my story as a kid – at the hands of a trusted family friend. But, what inflicted the damage was the simple, poignant lie took root in my heart – that I was bad.
So, when I realized just a few years ago – not just logically, but in my heart – how valuable I am… it changed everything for me. And, I realized the opinions of others simply don’t matter.
We all experience tough things that make us question our value and worth.
Here’s my question for you: How much different do you think our world would be if every single person knew his/her innate, infinite worth?
