SYS: Why does wearing The Stitch matter to you?
Amy: Learning about #TheStitch was a very warming stumble-upon.
Growing up, my mother worked for Children’s Services; she has the biggest heart you’ve ever seen.
With that said, many a night she would bring home a child who might have been in danger, abused, left behind, or another form of unforgivable heartbreak. I felt like their big sister, or sometimes, a little sister.
Being a home with warm, open, safe arms has always been important, and having a voice for those who cannot speak their silence is just as important.
